  • All window openings required a bespoke design and fabricated boxout panel.
Victoria & Albert Museum, Dundee, United Kingdom
The Scottish coastal formations influenced the design of the museum. The outer shell of the building with cantilevered panels made of prefabricated concrete elements features black surfaces in the highest quality of architectural concrete. For engineering, formwork production and logistics, PERI UK combined its own capacities with the expertise and experience of the 3D experts from Weissenhorn.
  • Situated next to the famous Vienna Prater amusement park, seven distinctive and up to 33 m high residential towers are currently being realized.
“Viertel Zwei - Rondo” Residential Complex,
    Vienna, Austria
Rondo is an ensemble of 7 residential towers with a total of 200 apartments situated in the “am Grünen Prater” area of “Viertel Zwei”, an office and residential district in Vienna’s Leopoldstadt. The prominent residential towers were constructed according to a concept that was developed specifically for the project. This concept saw the respective work operations on the various in-situ concrete areas decoupled, thus enabling work to be carried out on balconies, walls and slabs at the same time.
  • The architecturally elaborate seven-storey building has a flowing design language that continues from the perforated metal façade to the interior of the building. We supported the rapid construction progress with formwork and scaffolding from a single source.

  • A concrete frame in exposed concrete design connects the L-shaped building with a separate sauna. For the walls of the frame, which were to radiate in the highest exposed concrete quality with a uniform tie grid, the client finally decided to use PERI panel formwork with a combination of panels in various sizes. The key to success during project planning and execution was also the high level of engineering competence and reliable service quality, which ensured optimally functioning technical solutions and on-time material delivery to the construction site.
