
What is Coupa?
Coupa is our central platform for digital collaboration with suppliers. It enables us to conduct tenders, compare quotes, hold auctions, and communicate with existing and new suppliers—all in one system.
How to participate in tenders
- Invitation to participate
You will receive an automated invitation by email with a link to the respective tender. Participation is free of charge for you.
- Access to relevant documents
Tender documents, specifications and other documents are stored directly in the event. You can view these and submit your bids accordingly.
- Submitting bids and communication
You submit your bids directly in the system. Queries or clarifications can also be made via the portal. Communication is centralised and traceable.
- Evaluation and award
After PERI has reviewed the bid, you will receive an email notification about the outcome of the tender.
