Registration by invitation
The onboarding process for new suppliers is managed centrally by PERI's purchasing department. If you are considered a potential business partner, you will receive an invitation to register in our Coupa purchasing system. This invitation will be sent to the contact details we have on file.
To record your company profile, we ask you to complete our supplier self-assessment form. This is stored in our Coupa purchasing system as a digital web form.
After receiving the invitation email, you have two options:
- Direct processing without registration
You can fill out the form online immediately without creating an account on the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
- Processing via the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
By registering for free with CSP, you can enjoy additional benefits:
- Temporary storage of your entries and later continuation of processing
- Long-term and independent management of your company data (e.g. company name, address, contact person, bank details, certificates)
- Networking and collaboration with other Coupa customers via the portal
Please note: Changes to your master data can only be initiated by you as a supplier in the CSP. If you are not yet registered on the portal, please contact your designated contact person in Purchasing to receive the relevant questionnaire for master data maintenance by email.
Have you received an invitation? Then start your registration via Coupa!
No invitation yet? Submit your company details using the contact form below.
Unsolicited applications via the contact form
If you are interested in working with PERI but have not yet received an invitation to register, please feel free to send us your company information using the contact form below. Your details will be reviewed by the responsible purchaser. If your company is classified as a potential supplier, you will receive an invitation with a personalised registration link. Using this link, you can enter your company profile and register as a supplier with PERI, as in the regular onboarding process.
Please note: Registration is only possible with an invitation. If you have any technical questions about using the Coupa Supplier Portal, please visit the Coupa Support Portal.
We look forward to receiving your application and potentially working with your company!
