Location: Ulm, Germany

  • Renovation of the choir (29 m long, 15 m wide and 26 m high), the choir tower (86 m high) and the approx. 161 m high main tower of Ulm Minster.

Requirements

  • Three-dimensional, flexibly adaptable working scaffolds for the adaptation of recesses and roundings in the vaulted ceiling in the choir.
  • Adaptation and renovation of the wooden choir stalls, the altar and the choir organ.
  • Improper anchorages onto historic building structure.
  • 7 m high heavy-duty platform for the temporary storage of stones due to limited storage area in and around the Minster.
  • High live load of 15 kN/m².
  • South Minster entrance and a construction container on the façade to be taken into account.
