"The Family Business Career Day was once again an excellent opportunity for us to talk to many exciting candidates and to sound out professional prospects and career opportunities at PERI and the other family businesses," said Alexander Schwörer, owner of PERI SE.

The working environment in family-owned companies is particularly congenial to young talent. Over 1,000 pre-scheduled individual interviews were conducted. In total, the partner companies present have over 5,000 positions open."

The next Family Business Career Day will take place on July 7, 2023, at the new campus of WOLFF & MÜLLER Holding GmbH & Co. KG in Stuttgart will take place. Interested graduates, young professionals and professionals (m/f/d) from all disciplines can apply to participate now. The application deadline is June 12, 2023, and places are limited.

The "Family Business Career Day" is a joint initiative of leading family business owners, the Entrepreneurs Club and the Family Business Foundation. Owners and personnel decision-makers get to know highly qualified specialists and managers. The patron is the Federal Minister of Economics.
