The ACS Self-Climbing System and heavyduty VARIO formwork have allowed us to meet the project’s tight tolerances and schedule demands. PERI's extensive site service and engineering support have aided us in tackling the many project complexities.

PERI solution

  • Project specific formwork and shoring planning for the 5 construction sections
  • Split in half formwork solution for the section with the steel stay anchor boxes to avoid interruption of the climbing process
  • Planning and delivery of heavy-duty shoring with VARIOKIT system components from the PERI rental stock
  • Project-specific stiffening of the wall formwork with steel whalers in order to reach tight tolerances
  • Pre-assembly of the formwork elements including an insulation between the ribs of the forms for concreting during winter
  • Planning and delivery of working platforms and access with the PERI UP modular scaffold
