Regional Sales Manager* Southcentral USA

Southcentral Region, U.S.A.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales staff
  • Assist in the qualification and closure of key business opportunities
  • Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
  • Develop and achieve extensive annual sales and profit business plans
  • Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to increase market capture and placement for existing and new projects
  • Forecast hiring needs for designated region and manage sales budget and expenditures
  • Create and maintain a revenue forecast and project pipeline for the Sales Territory

  • An understanding of end-to-end sales process and customer lifecycle
  • Ability to be detailed oriented while maintaining a strategic outlook
  • Possess a demonstrated track record of developing and leading high performing sales teams within competitive business environments. Enjoys the role of mentor and coach
  • Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and be accepted as a trusted advisor
  • Exceptional communicator with well-developed presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
