Chief Sales Officer*

What a typical day looks like to the CSO

  • Establish and execute cross-functional processes to support our current and future goals and objectives
  • Provide insight and recommendations for improvement in all areas of pipeline management, sales forecasts, productivity, and construction channels Performance
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Sales departments and manage sales budget and expenditures
  • Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and Stakeholders
  • Create a standardized outreach for current and future customers and coordinate its implementation across construction channels and customer management
  • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting

What does our CSO need to be successful

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a VP of Sales/Revenue or other senior role
  • Proven experience building, mentoring, motivating, and leading high performance cross-functional sales teams and attracting and retaining top Talent
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
