National Sales Manager*

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Sales team in achieving sales volume and profit, contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining profitable relationship with existing customers and generating new business streams
  • Set individual and regional sales targets, forecasts, budgets and KPI
  • Develop and/ or adjust Sales long-term and mid-term strategy (on a yearly basis) in consultation with the Management Team
  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research on competitors and customers
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales team with their projects
  • Identify industry trends
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors; identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

Your profile

  • 8 years successful Sales Experience in the formwork industry with a proven track record of meeting objectives
  • 5+ successful Sales Management Experience with a proven track record of meeting objectives
  • Key account Management skills: Negotiation, Value Proposition, Knowledge of PERI products and processes
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural Background
  • Highly skilled at coaching and mentoring sales representatives and developing team dynamic
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate and coach a sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM tools.
