Sales Manager* Industrial Business Unit

Your responsibilities

  • Grow PERI’s market position within the assigned region
  • Develop a sales strategy to support the regional industrial strategy
  • Cooperate in creating a segment strategy including an annual sales business plan
  • Identify, develop, and maintain customer relationships
  • Create a strong and robust customer base that over time builds a sustainable business
  • Ensure PERI customers are satisfied customers
  • Manage the PERI Integrated Scaffold Program (PERI ISP)
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts
  • Lead future industrial Sales Specialists in daily operations
  • Develop, coach and implement the Performance Development Dialog (PDD) process with Sales Specialists
  • Manage financial, technical, legal, commercial, and logistical issues with the client

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in the industrial scaffolding industry
  • Experience in sales or general management in selected industries
  • Ability to develop and execute a sound sales strategy for the industrial segment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Distinct project management skills, analytical thinking, and outstanding organizational skills
  • Demonstrated negotiations skills or experience in negotiations
  • Degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related disciplines
  • Strong and charismatic personality able to lead and motivate a team
  • Willingness to relocate and willingness to travel
