Advantages in time and safety with PERI UP reinforcement scaffolding
The new ZEPPELIN Branch in Weissenhorn is a sample for future sales centres of the construction machinery trading company. A workshop with washing installation, a painting shop and a representative office building were built over an area of 23,000 m².
A flexible scaffolding system was demanded for the formwork and reinforcement work of the walls of up to 12 m in height, which could be quickly adjusted to the different widths and add to a smooth construction sequence being maintained.
The material for two 6 m basic kits (with and without ladders) as well as four 3 m basic kits (two with and two without ladders) was delivered. PERI UP was convincing through its high stability because of the patented rosette. The reinforcement fixers and formwork erectors were given a safe working feeling by this and it definitely increased productivity.
PERI provided a standard reinforcement scaffold, with proved loading capacity, applications and crane slinging points for the site, which can be moved by the crane. Expensive ballast can be saved by the site because of these proven applications.
The scaffolding kits delivered have all the safety equipment demanded by the Construction Accident Association, such as three external handrails, two internal handrails and end protection.
