PERI UP Rosett: Fast and safe assembly,
maximum adaptability

For forming the horizontal slabs in the lower levels, lightweight PERI SKYDECK aluminium slab formwork with its integrated drophead system was used which ensured fast striking.

At the same time, the panels could also be sensibly used as design elements for those areas of exposed slab underside.

The quickly extendable TRIO panel formwork with few individual components proved to be especially advantageous for the construction of the massive reinforced concrete walls comprising of different heights.

“The PERI UP scaffolding system could be installed quickly and safely even at large heights. The system´s high degree of adaptability allowed us to erect both shoring and slab formwork in the shortest possible time despite the complicated building geometry.”

For constructing the complex roof construction, PERI UP shoring and MULTIFLEX girder slab formwork formed trapezoidal roof segments each with a length of around 80 m as well as 20-m external and 13-m internal widths.
The shoring towers were erected using PERI UP Rosett with grid dimensions of mostly 2.00 x 1.50 m and were connected by means of system parts to form a spatial load-bearing construction. These were of varying heights reaching up to 38 m in the centre.
The modular structure of the PERI UP system allowed assembly on different erection area surfaces. Both vertical and inclined reinforced concrete columns could then be easily converted without any difficulty. Thus, the continuously changing angle of inclination and adapting the loadbearing columns with appropriate auxiliary support on the slab underside were already taken into consideration during the planning phase. Due to the accurately designed formwork plans and easy to install individual components, site crews were able to assemble the scaffolding and formwork within a very short time.
