The four-storey office building in the Paris suburb is 100 m long and stands out due to its inclined external facade. While the top floor is constructed in a straight line, and thus parallel to the road, the ground floor has been offset by 4.60 m to the centre. The two outside building edges are perpendicular with the reinforced concrete wall in the centre of the building centre having a 33° reverse inclination stretching over the two middle floors. Due to the continuous transition, the facade features two distinct sloping edges.
For cost-effective and safe construction, the building site team used TRIO panel formwork installed on a MULTIPROP load-bearing system and complemented by PERI safety systems. Project-related TRIO madeto- measure elements in the area of the inclined edge of the facade ensured that no time-consuming adjustment work was necessary on site. This significantly accelerated the construction progress and was thus the most cost-effective variant.
The PERI solution took into consideration the limited erection area and two site cranes. The detailed, project-compliant planning in connection with the flexibly adaptable, modular construction system ensured fast and safe implementation in all six construction phases.
