For construction sites with high load and accessibility requirements.

The PERI UP site staircase is erected as a 10-leg tower with separate landings. The step width of 100 cm or 125 cm is comfortable to walk on and there is sufficient space for site personnel to pass each other on the stairs.

With a permissible load of 3.0 kN/m², it can be assembled up to a height of 50 m.

Erection is easy and quick: Firstly, the stair stringers are installed and then covered with the steps which interlock when fitted. The top step secures all the others.

Apart from transferring loads, safety against slipping in particular is an important requirement for all stairs. For the site staircase the steps were therefore perforated. The trumpet-shaped openings are bent upwards and are safe to use even with oil-smeared shoes.

With toe boards installed along the landings, small objects can be prevented from falling off. Furthermore, all stairway steps have closed risers which also effectively prevent anything falling through.
